Placing, registration and circulation division of the appeals, suggestions and inquiries of the citizens, state and non state organizations.
Reception order of the persons
1. The reception of the persons in Baku Court of Appeal is implemented by the chair of the court and responsible officers of the general department that is relevant body.
2. The chair of Baku Court of Appeal receives the persons from 14:00 to 18:00 on Tuesdays.
3. The persons as a rule applies to the general department of the court with the application from 09:00 to 13:00, after the applications are checked, they are written to the reception of the chair. It is necessary to submit the following documents in order to be written to the reception:
3.1 Identity card;
3.2 Appeal;
3.3 Copies of court acts 4. The reception of the persons by the responsible officers of the general department of Baku Court of Appeal is implemented from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday till Friday.
5. According to the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on “Courts and Judges”, the judges do not implement the reception of persons during preparation for court procedure and the court procedure .
